Our business bookkeeping and accounting offering is called, “Full Service”, delivered in the form of a monthly subscription agreement. And with our business payroll and tax support we attend to all your company payroll and bookkeeping needs on a monthly basis. We will download your bank statements directly from your bank into Sage One allocating the business expenses. We continually attend to the bookkeeping maintenance of your company on monthly basis. This prevents the need for box files and stress when year ends are required. It is a sensible and seamless means of keeping your company up to date and compliant.

This is what we cover as part our monthly subscriptions:

Monthly Bookkeeping using Sage One
Completion, submission and payment of VAT Returns (for VAT registered clients)
Monthly business payroll processing including submissions to SARS and the department of labour (Payslips included)
Annual Financial Statement Compilation
Completion and submission of provisional tax returns and annual company tax returns and review of assessments and objections through our tax services
Company secretarial, amendments and annual lodgements to the CIPC
Your Sage One Subscription fee is included in your subs

Our full-service contracts are based on the size of our client’s business. (Transactions and turnover). After completing a needs assessment, our partner will assess your business and tax requirements and categorise your company’s needs accordingly.

Our full-service engagements are reviewed quarterly. This assists with cash flow. Should the business expand and subsequently have increased volumes, you will be moved to the next billing tier after we have consulted with you. Our full-service business clients are billed monthly via debit order.

Full service agreements can be cancelled with 30 days notice and no lengthy contracts apply.
